Nick Symmonds’ stride
Tonight - first pour of a single hop IPA made with Durango hops. I don’t know if it’s the hops or if I’ve gotten better at brewing…but this is REALLY good.
Rouge Yellow Snow IPA - good beer. Malty with a good IPA kick and bitterness. Just what you would expect from Rouge.
I went out and bought a training plan. Something to keep me on track instead of making it all up as I go along. And I got WAY off track this summer. Time to refocus.
I started the plan so the long run on the plan is the same as my current long run. Which at this point isn’t very long.
But long run aside…I have to say I am surprised by how easy the rest of the runs seem.
Maybe I’ve just been working myself too hard?
